Why is it necessary doing exercise under supervision of an expert?
Since the fast and unhealthy lifestyle prevails and working requires the most of our time, we don´t have much time left for other activities. Our jobs often are sedentary which has a negative impact on our health – it causes physical and mental imbalance which results in changes that can be turned at the beginning but later they can lead to serious irreversible problems.
The exercise as a part of a life seems to be neglected or improperly practised. Long ago people used to work more physically than today and talking about movement ability they were a lot healthier and if they suffered from anything, it definitely wasn´t a condition of physical activity. Unfortunately, today is the physical activity neglected already in early childhood.
It´s important to know that the physical activity is essential to our life. However, more important is to know why and how to practise the physical activity. As well as the wrong job the improper movement activity can also cause health problems. Today we already know that being oriented and specialised in a particular sport it´s also unwholesome because every particular sport activity needs to be balanced by another movement activity.
A good trainer should know what, how and why he recommends a specific exercise to his client. He should explain the exercise so that the client understands it and becomes capable of practicing it properly. It´s not a simple task for a trainer because it requires a lot of knowledge and practical skill. While exercising many people choose quantity to the exclusion of quality because of following the vision of achieving better and better results. That´s why it´s very important to know when you can practise specific exercises and when you can step up.
